Sextant Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates the SignalScore platform at sextantlabs.io. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data you provide:

Scorecard requests: Company name and website URL submitted through our forms.
Newsletter signups: Email address and signup source.
Competitive report requests: Company URL and competitor URLs.
Contact emails: Any information you send to scores@sextantlabs.io.

Data collected automatically:

Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via Cloudflare.

2. How We Use Your Data

To generate and deliver your SignalScore scorecard or report.
To send our weekly newsletter (if you subscribed).
To respond to your inquiries.
To improve our scoring methodology and service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate SignalScore:

Supabase: Database storage. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
Resend: Email delivery for newsletters and notifications. See Resend Privacy Policy.
LemonSqueezy: Payment processing for paid reports. See LemonSqueezy Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies (e.g., __cf_bm) to protect against bots. No analytics or marketing cookies are used.

5. Data Retention

Scorecard data and subscriber information are retained as long as your account is active. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we retain your email with an inactive flag so we can honor your opt-out. You can request full deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link in each email.
